Shipment
All goods that are in stock are shipped at the earliest opportunity. On
average, goods arrive between 3-6 working days in the UK after payment is
received. European and Overseas deliveries vary according to region but we
endeavour to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Goods that are temporarily
out-of-stock will be placed on a back order and will be shipped when available.

How to Order
Online Orders: You can purchase goods online by adding items to
your shopping cart. You can edit your order at any time before proceeding to
the checkout. We accept payment by Pay pal, Cheque, Postal Order or Credit
Card/Debit Card, This method is fast and secure and is highly recommended.
Please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the billing address for
your credit/debit card.

with a delivery quote. We can ship to any destinations.
Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched from our supplier within 48 hours and in the UK in
5 – 7 days
If any item should be out of stock at the time of placing an order, we will
contact you with delivery times. Please note that some imported items can take
up to 28 days to deliver and we will ship items as quickly as possible!
Damaged
or Incorrect items on delivery
All posted items are carefully packaged and should reach you in excellent condition.
If However you should receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us
within 7 days of receipt.

Unwanted
Items
If for
any reason you decide not to keep the item/s, you may return the goods within
14 days of receipt. Please note items must be complete with original packaging
and in unused condition.
We cannot accept returns that have been used or damaged by the customer or are returned after 14 days or without their original packaging,
Please note we will not refund the cost of returning unwanted items to us, or the original postage cost to deliver the items to you.
Items
should be returned by recorded delivery as proof of postage will not be accepted
as proof of receipt.

Payments & Procedures
Payment is required prior to shipment. Orders from registered
Companies/Organisations can be processed if accompanied by an official order
